Pressure Cooker Pulled Brisket

From June 2022: Perfect Summer Meal that won’t heat up the kitchen.

I trim my brisket of all the visible fat. I know that fat adds flavor, but I prefer lean mean so that is up to you. I have found that the flavor is still amazing with this method!

Sprinkle with dry rub. I used Pampered Chef Korean Rub

Put the the Deluxe Multi cooker on the sear function and sear unitl browned on both sides

Remove the meat and deglaze by adding 1 cup beef broth. Then add BBQ sauce of your choice.

Add the meat back and set to 90 min on beef/pork

Release manually or let steam release on its own.

Shred the meat and put back in the Multi cooker on warm until ready to serve.. The meat will absorb even more flavor, the longer it sits
